About us
StoneRose is an upscale neighborhood restaurant and gathering place serving New American comfort food. StoneRose takes its name from Rose, the mother of owner Brian Pieri. Brian opened the doors in 2009 as the first restaurant of what is now Pieri Hospitality Group, and it remains at the heart of everything they do. We believe great food starts with great ingredients, which is why much of what lands on the plate comes straight from our own farm in Bucks County. Executive Chef Will Langlois brings those ingredients to life through comforting dishes that feel both familiar and elevated.
